I use Google Translate. The automatic translation still needs to be manually polished of course.
I really love wordreference.com.
All depends on what you want / need. If you are thinking of automatic translation, I cannot help but I find Linguee (http://www.linguee.com/) extremely useful as it gives you contextualized possibilities of translations in different authentic texts.
It's worth trying.
Based on the following criteria, the "best" so far is http://translate.google.com/
*Automatic source language detection
*Number of target languages
*Size of window to paste into
*Lack of advertising
*Accuracy of translation
Here you can find another one which I have been recommended lately, and found myself very efficient:
https://www.deepl.com/translator
It's worth trying as well. The translation I tried was better than with Google translator. I hope this helps!
