at the moment we are working with dextrans and are just looking for further possibilities to analyze size standards. Thank you very much for your input.

Pullulans are available also from us., as well as Dextrans.
However, the problem with branched materiials is that you have to have standards of the the same chemical structure and degree of branching than the sample you would like to analyze.
If you need to have accurate molar ,masses, calibration by any standard will not be helpful. Did you think about SEC-LS or SEC viscometry?
