I have a query. Is it possible to make fine holes in cylindrical pipes about 10 microns apart. The holes need to be separated by 10 microns measured from circumference. The diameter is not a major concern. What are the techniques that can be used?

Aiming at such small hole diameters, you seemingly would be restricted to trying glass microdrilling using (picosecond) laser technology, which is said to be able to drill parallel-sided holes of diameter down to about 10 μm for 1-mm-thick glass plates:

The holes need to be 10 microns apart, measured from circumference. Not necessarily 10 microns in diameter.
The diameter of the hole probably is not a major concern.
