You can find in our university´s website (UNED) different options to study and receive training in research and other skills. For instance, in this link you can find the first MOOCs platform in Spanish http://portal.uned.es/portal/page?_pageid=93,25813991&_dad=portal&_schema=PORTAL
On the other hand, if you are looking for specific training in Political Science, sociology or whatever area we have official grades and masters that can be conducted online.
