I have been working with colleagues on issues of MST & Sexual Assault on Campuses ... but now folks have been asking me to present material on Sexual Violence in the Workplace due to News Media's focus on this area...
So am looking for any academics who have actually done research in this area.... Thanks!

What a sweetheart.... This is a terrific list of strong studies and turns out I know Bob Ursano and Amy Street.... and now need to reach out to them as well.... But the article that is most useful for my purposes is the last one on University employees and role in Sexual Violence.... What you will notice is the previous references are all related to the military.... and although helpful, I am trying to expand my knowledge base & message to Corporate America and this issue of Sexual Violence in those workplaces..... But again much thanks for your time and due diligence in finding these wonderful studies for me.... Best...

Nice references for interesting topics.... and will have to read the second one to answer this question but from my clinical work over the years.... "Violence in the Workplace" is very different from "Sexual Violence in the Workplace"... Any thoughts?

I agree that there are differences. In the above review, sexual violence is also included. You will find some interesting ideas also in:
