Thank you Jeba, It seems to me that this is an area that is lacking somewhat. To put some flesh on my problem I teach pharmacists and other healthcare practitioners about the basics of MSK assessment. Some of them have never actually handled a patient before and I would very much like to find some sort of simulation device that allows for practice. I know of injection simulators but a simulator devise that allows students to practice handling skills eg for testing joint mobility and stability would be great. In the meantime I am very grateful for both ideas shared on this forum
Unlike injection, emergency management and other procedures which have risk and require simulators to practice, MSK assessment for stability and mobility can be done on any normal human being. As physiotherapists, we always teach to students and they practice on each other.
