I would like to measure the effect of some treatments on systemic risk. Systemic risk is defined as the probability of the entire system failing. They have done simulation studies that show individuals can trade individual risk for systemic risk based upon the diversity of the investments of all players in the system.
What I am looking for is, if there is a experimental game that has these properties which creates a measurable systemic risk?

I wrote a game theory paper, in which I analyzed the uncertainty and risk of the game resulted from main driving forces in different scenarios. It might give you some inspiration or ideas thought it does not deal with risks in so details.

It also seems to be one of degree or perspective.The prisoner's dilemma (group theory) is a type of individual verses group (or systemic) reward system but all the rewards are negative. There might be a way to expand and motify this to include more players.
Of course you could always set-up a game where groups like real estate agents, banks and insurers risk their bonuses if the don't approve unqualified people for over priced loans where the system only works as long as the value of the homes rises year-over-year and exceeds the value of the loan. Hm m m m . . . I think we just played this game.
I'm not sure the probability of the entire system failing is the best measure. Surely, the cost of the bail-out (or hopefully more efficient repair) should be the true utility function. Then again, I am assuming social cohesion is strong enough to survive a financial system breakdown. (IMO it was here in Ireland but the government in 2008 didn't think so.)
Otherwise, any financial institution that can tip the system into breakdown has tremendous bargaining power; a large threat is immensely valuable in negotiations.
If you can't find a suitable game theory model in the financial literature, you could go back to basics; start with a "A Tragedy of the Commons" model and adapt it to finance. So, instead of shepherds you have banks and instead of the most fertile part of the commons you have the most convenient asset portfolio etc.
