I see the sense in trying to map out the relationship between work based learning experiences of trainees and their take-up of the profession. However, I do not subscribe to the notion of a template for doing it. I would say you should craft out your own instrument. There are too many potential variables for you to rely on an instrument designed for a study of other groups or indeed in other settings
