Hi, I used the NLRP3 from Enzo. It works in human macrophages. There are some non-specific bands but works very well in immuno-fluorescence staining

I recommend a free antibody database available at labome.com. The information regarding antibodies to human NLRP3 for WB you can find here: https://www.labome.com/review/gene/human/NLRP3-antibody.html. Santa Cruz has sc-134306 ab  used in western blot  on human samples at 1:1000 and sc-34410  used in western blot on human samples at 1:500. In addition, LifeSpan Biosciences has anti-NLRP3 antibody LS-B5028 used in western blot on human samples at 1:200 (ref: Shi et al., J Stroke Cerebrovasc Dis. 2015). Abcam offers NLRP3 antibody ab4207 for WB (ref: Ataide et al., PLoS Pathog. 2014). Also, R and D Systemsprovides NLRP3 antibody AF6789 (ref: Park et al., Infect Immun. 2014).  You can see the references for these and other abs following the provided links.
