YES/NO will suffice. I am interested in the interplay of science and arts and humanities. In Ireland, for example, the model of Liberal Arts encompassing a student led choice in a range of subjects including philosophy and science appears to be dead. I would understand that a journal that would publish with equal status science and arts and humanities papers would be evidence of a willingness in the academic community of such an interplay.
I don't know such a paper but I think this interplay would be very fascinating.
My gut reaction says no but my slow thinking says to do searches for Biosemiotics, complexity theory or the philosophy of evolution and development.
Publishing papers of relevance that cover such expansive yet integrated domains that hasn't already been said by Peirce, de Stael, Goethe, Emerson, Yeats, Dewey, Gell-Mann, Waddington, Kahneman, Simon, Bruner... is really HARD. That is, I'm not sure that we need a whole journal for such things...just a few papers. Or, I could be completely wrong. Who can predict what people will create? http://nautil.us/
