Actually we want to separate cellulase enzyme (in unknown solution mixed with other protein and enzyme) with modified magnetic nanoparticles without using any pre-treatment for mixed solution, is that possible?

Did u mean that ur enzyme inside the nanoparticles and u want to extract only that enzyme which is Cellulase Enzyme ?
If yes u can generally do centrfugation for all NPs content then do ELISA method related to ur enzyme.

thanks for your response. No, I mean we have a solution with various enzyme and protein including cellulase enzyme and separation or extraction of cellulase enzyme in the solution with magnetic nanoparticles is the aim of the study.
