Hi there,

As far as I can say from the pdf file that you uploaded, the measure will yield scores in three scales: Attitudinal, Emotional and Functional autonomy. For each scale, you will sum the answers (ranging from 1 to 5) keeping in mind that in some questions you will need to rescore negatively. These questions are signified by (-), meaning that an 1 will become a 5 etc. You can do this rescoring in SPSS (in the Transform option) or in Excel (or by hand!) by using the (new value) = 6 - (old value) formula.
