Does anyone know how to publish iOS apps for both iPad and iPhone?

We published an iOS app on AppStore.

When searching the app on AppStore using an iPad, we can see it.

When searching the app on AppSpote using an iPhone, we cannot find it.

Does anyone know why and how to publish an app so that people can find it from AppStore on both iPad and iPhone?

I think that you forgot upload the screenshots for iPhone when you send the app to Apple review. Can you add the itunes link?
