First of all, your first paragraph can approximately match with my request. In fact i have already the capacity of determining the dose response by using either topical application or bottle assay. My only concern is how to know the quantity of insecticide the mosquito is picking up and how many is inside the insect. Like using 3 minutes cone assay on treated net at 55mg/m2. How to quantify the amount of insecticide getting into the mosquito.

Any protocol available will be very helpful.
