I am looking for a method that can be used to quantify the binding of herbicides (e.g. atrazine) to the D1 protein in photosystem II (plants), or measure inhibition of plastoquinone binding due to the effects of herbicides. Have searched the literature but didn't find a proper method. Could anyone please recommend a sound approach (or literature)? Thanks!
