Does anyone know how to make good oligo dT magnetic beads

Does anyone know how to make good binding oligo dT magnetic beads with high capacity binding that can work well with 1 microgram of starting total RNA used to make RNAseq libraries. I have been using Dynobeads for 3 years and now new batches in 2017 are as bad as other company beads like NEB, and SeraMEG oligo dt-beads. With all these beads I am getting 0.3-5ng/µl per RNAseq library as opposed to 10-20ng/µl what I was getting before with Dynobeads with batches produced in 2015 and 2016.

I have always used Promega in the past, as they were reliable, however I have not used them for a few years, so I do not know if they are still good. Alternatively you could make your own with streptavidin coated magnetic bead and a biotinylated oligonucleotide, I have done this in the past for specific sequences, it should be just as good for oligo dT.
