For solving the steady state rate equation in fiber lasers to find the threshold power of Stimulated Raman Scattering we need to calculated filling factor of pump, signal and stokes wave(Raman) and i dont know how we can calculated the filling factor of stokes wave in optical fiber

I guess if you have a step index factor, the Raman gain is uniformly distributed iver the core. So probably, your main concern is to spatially overlap the pump beam with the Signal beam, and with the core, which is a uniform cylinder.
If they are very close wavelengths (like 1.06um and 1.11um), their spatial correlation is very Close to 1, and you have to solve the fill factor within the core. In strictly SM fibers this is usually ~0.85. Bu8t increases with higher V-number.
How accurate you Need to be? are the beams numerical available? or, can you sample both pum / Signal and corelate them with numerical tool? this will be closest to the perfect answer.
