The transition from cell division to cell elongation is usually 30 to 50 days in citrus, but how about the transition from ovary to fruitlet in citrus? How much time dose it need to finish this transition? Is there any relative reference?Thank you very much.

the answer is strictly dependent on the species and variety of citrus you are dealing with. Besides you should also consider the environmental conditions in which trees are growing (i.e. photoperiod, water availability, temperature, and so on).
For example, for some kind of lime and lemon the time from full-bloom to fruit-set and the subsequent first stage of fruit development, may be very short compared to grapefruit and 'Valencia' oranges.
Conventionally you may follow the BBCH stages (link in attachment) to identify and give a name to the exact phenological phase.
