You may be aware of the research done by G.N.Likhachev who studied bats occupying artificial bird nest boxes in Prioksko-Terrasny Nature Reserve in Moscow Region (Лихачев Г.Н. Рукокрылые Приокско-Террасного заповедника. В кн.: Рукокрылые - М., Наука,. 1980, с. 115-154). I don't have the publication at hand, but from my recollection, the study spanned over 20 years during which he banded and monitored thousands of bats from 10 species. Unfortunately, the study terminated with the death of Dr. Likhachev and subsequently the reserve's program for hanging artificial bird boxes wound down. There has been a recent brief follow up study 30 years after (http://zmmu.msu.ru/bats/biblio/ptz_30.pdf), but, unfortunately, no long-term monitoring efforts. Hope this helps...
Dr. R.E.Stebbings and colleagues conducted over 50 years worth of bat monitoring in the UK (mostly Suffolk), but I am not aware of any compendium that would summarize these results - his later publications are on broader topics. Also, I do not know how consistent the methodology was over time. Perhaps the UK experts could suggest some resources?
Albov et al is nice, though it is not a monitoring. There are many projects like this one all over Europe http://essexbatgroup.org/participate-2/projects/long-term-bat-box-monitoring/
e.g. look at this article https://www.researchgate.net/publication/236028783_Long-term_re-use_of_tree_roosts_by_European_forest_bats?ev=srch_pub&_sg=VrH7QzpWAUH6lGWEnqOTbQpUR3fHw7_1YjZ9G0w4NLDXvVUR76p66ZlJhgFxvCE6.97TAiZ7EuKjY1EuLYdXHFTTUQNr27X7-dn1Vyx7wxiK00OPaxnEM3U5u7BbgmNM6.P8jtKnI8LS4C1iy_2pZZVSofEmrW-41XxeYv3wEUg91bsfU74SeLc832BBE_hkVV
