A alternativa é fazer como se faz nas artes plasticas: a seleção é feita pelos trabalhos que ""já"" foram realizados.
Por ai vc sabe quem tem tido e quem não tem tido criatividade.
Isso também não quer dizer que as coisas não possam mudar no futuro.
Lembre-se: criatividade não é um tema linear como matematica. É um tema oscilante!!!

Looking at the other answers is it clear that the term, "creative intelligence," is interpreted in many different ways. CI is not the same thing as "creativity," though "creativity" itself is much too broad to measure. There is creative potential, creative achievement, creative attitude, creative personality, even creative processes and creative places--and measures of each (see the web site for CTS, given above). The Torrance tests, mentioned in the answers, are fine, though there are newer tests of the same thing (divergent thinking)--and some can be given online and scored online, by computer. I think you need to refine your research question. Creative intelligence is not a robust scientific construct. Creativity has several measures that are tried and tested (such as divergent thinking), as does intelligence, as does problem solving and ideation, but creative intelligence (like emotional intelligence) has not really been shown to be a sound construct.
First you need to define what you mean by "Creative Intelligence". It's very domai-related. I know some pretty "Creative" Accountants, some very creative engineers and no small number of creative artists. All three are very different skills. High general intelligence might be useful for all, but not necessarily mandatory.
Creative intelligence is immeasurable from standardised tests. Creativity means new, original, thought. How can you determine whether a thought is original or not if it’s graded against what already exists; a known standard?

Karl was helpful by pointing to the Consensual Assessment Technique. I myself prefer as much objectivity as I can get (and it varies from project to project), and the CAT does use judges. I have used in and 3-4 times have been concerned because, even though I may find reliability within any one group, there are group differences. Just to name one example, I once found art teachers' judgments differing from those of professional artists and from students' self-ratings (of collages). Also, the CAT usually focuses on ratings of Originality, Technical skill, and perhaps Aesthetic Appeal or even Creativity. So it is not used for "creative intelligence." I think it was Andre who pointed out that there is a huge body of work on the measurement of creativity, and an independent body of work on measuring intelligence, but nearly nothing on creative intelligence. This is because most people see them as only slightly overlapping--most people studying creativity that is. I do know of one book on "Creative Intelligence" and am getting the impression that in related fields, people are comfortable with blending creativity and intelligence. I already mentioned the web site for CREATIVITY TESTING SERVICES and will dig up the name of that book if you like.
I did find the book on this topic. As I said earlier, people studying creativity tend to separate creativity from intelligence. Ambrose and Sternberg did just release a book on creative intelligence, however, so that may be relevant. My own chapter in that book (which has an educational orientation) is, "We Must Prepare Our Students for the Unforeseeable Future" (which is an adaptation of Jerome Bruner's famous idea.
