I have worked with other researchers on a proposal to use basic telecom technology to support health services and provide education to patients in the outbreak, in addition to predict patterns of spread.

We are involved in a consortium that is preparing to monitoring clinical parameters in this Ebola outbreak with a view to the use of immune plasma. There are many parametrs that would benefit from a wireless network for surveillance and data management. You can contact me further details.
