You may try to contact the WCRF CORDEX and see whether the South or East Asia domains contain your required downscaling data :

I've worked about this subject about 2 months and I understand that if you want temporal downscaling the CORDEX and other sites that ESGF refers them are proper for this aim. But if you want to use spatial downscaling, this sites is not proper for you only your desirable spatial downscale was about 0.5 degree for finer resolution these sites are not good & suitable.
