I want to know what are the strategies to design the antibody for immunohistochemistry (IHC) in plant tissue.
1. How many amino acids should be included?
2. I know that the designed oligopeptides should localize either N or C terminal but which end is the most suitable for IHC?
3. Is there any programs or softwares is facilitated for oligopeptides prediction?
4. Could it be possible to design the antibody mimics with the previous report? ( I mean it has already done of this antibody for IHC in other plants and my protein has 60 percents of amino acid similarity with those plants)

Antibody generation is a world in itself. I'll comprehensively summarize it for you.
1. Select your antigen
2. Know the cellular localization of you antigen.
3. Select the domain from the sequence of the antigen that can be used as immunogen.
4. Predict the immunogenicity of the domain selected and arrive at a peptide that is apt for immunization.
5. You can either synthesize the peptide or clone it from elsewhere and express it in a system of your interest.
6. Immunize this peptide and generate polyclonal/monoclonal of your choice.
7. Validate the antibody by characterization.
