I tried the following antibody once before. Not great but it worked in raphe nucleus of mouse brain. It needed to be centrifuged before use to reduce nonspecific debris.

yes you are right. Moreover TH-antibody always working good. Unfortunately, I need VMAT2 labeling since TH is down regulated in my experiment.
