There is no best proper protocol. It all depends on your objectives. Any approach of cultivation favours some microorganisms (e.g. bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes)  and inhibits the majority of the others. As attachment can you see some informations.

You can use some specific antibiotics along with selective media.

use  of selective media by incorporating selective agents can be helpful to distinguish actinobacteria from fungi but it is little bit difficult to separate Eu-bacteria from actinobacteria, though links provided by previous researchers are quite helpful

 Initially you can apply physical and chemical enrichment methods then use antibiotic in combination.
