Hello!

We'd like for our introductory biology students to study aggressive interactions in crickets later on in this semester, but of course all of the commonly sold feeder crickets are gregarious to a fault for this purpose. Is anyone culturing a species of Gryllus U.S. field cricket, and would you like to sell us some of them?

To clarify, we are interested in native species only, and not in Gryllus spp that are considered invasive pests.

Sincerely,

Cynthia O'Rourke, Washington State
