Hello everyone,
As a part of my research work, I am currently working on the identification of intermediates of the enzyme reaction mechanism. I used EPR to analyze the trapped intermediate samples by the freeze quench method. Since I am not an EPR expert I am facing a hard time analyzing EPR data. I have read many papers and try to understand how to analyze EPR data but I ended up with confusion.
Can anyone help me in interpreting EPR, I shall be very thankful for your kind help.

Hi, what is the enzyme concentration you used for EPR? Does it require very high concentration? Thank you.
Thank you so much. I will try the minimum concentration because the enzyme production is quite low.
