I have problems with Polynomial Chaos Expansion Regression Method. I have some questions related with these topic and Matlab code.

You could try the matlab website. Sometimes people at the company are very helpful. You might have to go through a sales rep to get to their technical help.
Is there a community help page for matlab on something like StackExchange or similar site?
