I have conducted a data analysis on the rainfall distribution based on Meteorology station located at Mersing, Johor, Malaysia. Based on the three years of data, it can bee seen that Nov- Jan (rainfall high),Feb(low), March (high) and April- Oct (low).
I know that in Nov-Jan rainfall is high due to Northeast monsoon season and low during southwest monsoon season (Apr-oct)
But why in Feb the rainfall is low and back high in March? Any particular reasons?
Well, you should care about the number of years. You can not expect that 3 years only will exactly fit with a long-term (at least 30 years) climatology. So you perhaps needs to get more years of data to get a robust estimate of the mean annual cycle of rainfall.

Just for the time being, I just want to know the general knowledge on rainfall distribution base on seasonal variation at this place. Maybe from someone that has conducted this research before or has any knowledge on this particular site.
