Hi Cyrus, are you looking for live trade or trade in parts? We observed some trade in carnivore parts in Morocco, North Africa (see attached). We have another paper in litt. on trade of carnivore pelts in Morocco but much of the data is available from this paper.
Here are a couple of other papers that reference carnivore trade in Africa:
ANGELICI, F.M. (1999) Bushmen and mammal fauna: a survey of the mammals traded in bushmeat markets of local people in the rainforests of southeastern Nigeria. Anthropozoologica, 30 (51 - 58)
Ray JC, Hunter L, Zigouris J. 2005. Setting conservation and research priorities for larger African carnivores. New York: Wildlife Conservation Society; Report nr No.24. 1
Sillero-Zubiri C, Hoffmann M, Macdonald DW (Eds.) (2004) Canids: foxes, wolves, jackals, and dogs: status survey and conservation action plan (Vol. 62). Osprey Publishing, Oxford
Hope that helps,
Daniel
