For metals there is a relation between structure mechanical properties and long time fatigue properties. For glass the structure is amorph and there are some scale effect depending on sample size.

What mechanism is behind cycling behaviour of thin glass filaments (100-1000nm)?

Ana relation between mechnical properties and cycling curve?

Edit:

Application example is a glass coated metal wire, which is mechanically bend for some 100k-10 Mio times. Metal core could be Au, Ag or Cu, glass could be quartz or borosilicate or alumosilicate. Glass thicknes around 2-10µm.
