I do not find consistent answers about this question, some papers mentioned that SE is the same as in LTE (because if the bandwidth increase, the achievable throughput increases and the SE remains the same).
However, I found other studies that consider different SE without any details.
Not sure what your are asking, Ghina. Spectral efficiency is measured in b/s/Hz. So the channel width is normalized. If you increase the capacity of a channel merely by making the channel wider, and not by using a higher order modulation or perhaps a more efficient form of forward error correction, then the spectral efficiency in b/s/Hz will not change.
LTE uses 20 MHz channels. LTE can also aggregate 20 MHz channels, to increase throughput, using 40, 80, or 160 MHz of spectrum, for that one aggregated channel. But just aggregating channels does not change how efficiently you are using that slice of spectrum. If you increase capacity only by grabbing more RF spectrum, efficiency of RF spectrum use will not improve.
To improve efficiency you have to show that you are increasing the capacity of the channel without demanding more spectrum. Or even by demanding less spectrum than before. For example, you might go from using 16-QAM to using 64-QAM. Or you might change your FEC.
I suggest you carry out the link level performance with the mmWave channel model and do the mapping yourself.
