I think it's a great incorporating web-based learning to enhance clinical skills teaching. You can use Social Media and asynchronous debate to engage your teachers online.As the blended learning champion for my department on campus, I did a conference presentation on the lessons learnt in using the blended format for programme delivery and have attached it. Hi Babu,

I would strongly suggest you to go ahead with exploring blended learning with clinical sciences. I'm not very sure about the subject itself, but there are not many subjects/topics that can be impossible on blended learning platforms. So you can get a clear stat from a month of deployment. Use Moodle to start with, it's free and easy to set up.
