With the increasing use of echocardiographic contrast for both endocardial border delineation , and in the evaluation of myocardial perfusion , we are faced with the indication for the procedure in pregnant women. Logically the contraindication due to the use of medication in the first quarter is present , but from there in situations where the examination is absolutely necessary. What to do?
