Does anyone have experience with the determination of the logBB using HPLC/SFC?

We try to determinate the logBB value by using HPLC (logD determination), SFC (EPSA determination; Effective Polar Surface area) and the polarizability of a molecule. Does anyone have experience with it? Are there better approaches? Are the results reliable? In advance best thanks to everybody who has a good suggestion. Greetings Markus
