Lipophilic salts of sodium can help. NaBF4 is most available and soluble in some organic solvents enough to exchange. NaCl have poor solubility or insoluble at all (in acetone - 3x10-5g/100g but in ethyleneglycol - 46.5g/100g). NaBF4 sould be used in slight excess . Principle is same as ionic liquids synthesis.
More expensive salts are NaPF6 , NaN(SO2CF3)2, NaBPh4 , NaIO4; silver salts of corresponding anions are ideal in results but seems too costly for industry. It is not full list but I hope that idea is clear.
