Thanks Mr Salz for your input. but SiOx is not repellent against oil!

You must adjust the HMDSO/O2 process carefully. With a surplus of HMDSO in comparison to O2 and little plasma power it is possible to prepare hydrophobic SiOx(CH3)y coatings.
