Does anyone have AO/PI Dye Formula?

Dear all,

I'm currently using a commercial AO/PI dye to count live T cells, which is not cheap. Since AO and PI is available and cheap, I'm wondering if anyone can provide me a protocol to make the AO/PI dye? Thanks a lot!
