I am looking for interviews or open-ended / closed ended questionnaires that addresses mental health. I would like to use it in my research entailing COVID-19 & University Academics.
If you are looking at more than a screen, the CAAPE-5 might be an option. It is designed as an interview rather than a questionnaire, but the online version at evincediagnostics.com can have the respondent interact directly with the system.
If you are looking for a screen, the six-item UNCOPE would be excellent free screen. I can also suggest a free two-item screen for depression and another two-item screen for PTSD. To get articles on the screens contact me at norman@evincediagnostics at your convenience.
You can try the DSM Cross-Cutting Measures. It starts broad at Level 1 to screen for various syndromes, then you can administer higher levels if previous ones were elevated (Level 2, Severity measures). Or you can just choose the ones that are of interest to you at the Severity level. These are more state-based, so they assess symptoms from the previous week. Thus, if you were interested in tracking change over time, this could be a good start. https://www.psychiatry.org/psychiatrists/practice/dsm/educational-resources/assessment-measures
