Hi,

I was recently helping one PhD candidate with developing model for implementation of lean tools in Croatian companies. He used one questionnaire to get some answers that were used to derive ponders of tool's potential related to wastes. After that he used another questionnaire on lean experts group about other implementation's criteria. The result was implementation model based on AHP method, resulting with recommendations for lean tools' implementation.
