Does anyone know yhe effect of ballast gluing on the stiffness of the ballast ? I have looked in the literature, however, i didnt find a lot of information on the subject.

Ballast Gule is an epoxy resin that turns track ballast into a very stiff concrete like structure. The result will not go anywhere but it will also be bittle and may fracture into blocks. The attached paper describes a produced oringally developed at HWU that my company have previously installed. There are some other refereces in the papaer that are worth following up.
