Send it to pathologist to do diagnosis. It looks like tumor (or pathologic hyperplasia).

It is common in cattle and buffaloes to see vesicles containing clear secretion on the serosa of the uterus. But your case seemed as old connective tissue due to local inflammation or irritation. Histopathology could confirm this suggestion.  

Can be from inflammatory to neoplastic lesion. Common small myomas, fibromyxomas and pure myxomas are found in the bifurcation of ruminants.

Histopathology will give you more answers.

After searching in literatures for similar lesion, I found two similar lesions in women uterus:

1. Metastatic mass

2. uterine fibriods

do you have a cross section image? it would greatly help in establishing a visual tentative diagnosis

I agree with previous comments. An histopathology slide will give you a quick and definitive answer.

I also agree with previous  comments about need of histopathology. I believe  vesicleson the serosa of the uterus could contain white  condensed secretion,  fibrine like, or fibrotic  tissue.

Send for histopath. Consider Oesophagostomum - however, that is usually in the serosa of sheep intestine....

 Agree 100% you must go for histopathological tests. consider also the potentials of viral infection.
