Does anyone have any expertise in dissectioning mouse vastus lateralis muscle?

Hi all,

i would like to dissect vastus lateralis from a mouse model of myopathy.

Due to the different fibers type composition, we would like to dissect vastus lateralis and vastus intermedius separately.

Does anyone have any expertise in this kind of dissection?
