Does anyone have an airline pairing construction algorithm?

I'm working on a side project.

Airline pairing construction is a linear programming problem designed to minimize cost for generating a set of flights (called pairings). I have seen quite a few research papers on line but haven't come across any code. Does anyone have any code that they'd be willing to share with me. I'd prefer MATLAB, but can work with others.
