Can you purchase SPR Biacore 2000 software separately?

I have a lead on a Biacore 2000 SPR which was removed in operational order. The price is right, however there is not attached computer and software. I assume I'd have to purchase this separately. I tried getting a tech support number from GE but they do not provide this unless you register a product key.

Any advice on purchasing a used SPR would be appreciated.
