Does anyone have a working protocol for FISH for telomere probe of the cells growing on silicone membrane?

I successfully did FISH for cells growing on cover slip, but the same protocol is not working for cells growing on silicone membrane. Do I need to change the hybridization time, temp or denaturation time temp due to the silicone membrane?
