It comprises some inventories which verification the potential inclinations of intelligences according to the theoretical framework based on Multiple Intelligence. I performed a survey on that I used one of the inventories contained in this book. You'll probably have to make your own tool to do this.  I would keep it simple.

Some good questions to ask would be, "How long has it been since you earned your entry level nursing degree/diploma", "Do you speak English as a second language," and "Is your facility requiring the BSN to remain employed due to Magnet status."

Anecdotally, I find that students who have been out of school for a long time and don't write often have great difficulties with BSN level work and the writing it demands.  I also find that ESL students have a tougher time.  At the same time, many nurses work in Magnet facilities that are requiring the BSN for them to stay employed.
