Does anyone has experience of using PS capture exosome flow cytometry kit?

We are trying to use this kit for enrichment of exosomes from plasma samples and observed two population of beads in flow cytometry. Usually magnetic beads show two population in flow representing singlets and doublets but question is we are getting population one above another i.e. Forward scatter is not changing but side scatter is increasing. Have anyone experienced same from this kit?
