Hello, very appreciate. I have checked online and knew that PGK or EF1α promoter is good for the neurons. You said you have used SYN1 promoter for iPSC derived neurons? Does it work well?

Gen Li Hi there. I haven't done plasmid transfection in neurons, but I work with AAV a lot, in my case using AAV, the hSyn1 promoter shows strong GFP expression in iPSC-neuron.
