Hi, Agnieszka!

I'm translating the questionnaire of the research from Lithuanian to English and Russian languages at this moment and preparing to conduct a research in the foreign-owned companies in Lithuania or foreign companies with departments in Lithuania. So it would be more case study than cross-cultural study of a large sample. In my opinion, it's the best way to compare cultural values differences and organizational cultures of the same companies in different countries. I haven't got in touch with any Polish company with department in Lithuania where I could conduct research yet, but I'm really interested in.

By the way, I also have been in Poland this holidays!

I thought Buchko (2007) 'The effect of leadership on values-based management' might be of interest.
